As an essential business, we currently have the following measures in place to protect our team & the general public at our Y-Not Stop stores:

  • Hours: Our stores have now resumed our regular operating hours of 24/7. We are still focusing on cleaning and sanitizing customer touch-points with detailed hourly checklists and more frequently as possible.
  • Safety Shields: We have installed plexiglass shields at each of our checkout stations to guard our team & customers.
  • Social Distancing Markers:  We’ve installed social distancing markers 6 feet apart on our floors to raise awareness.
  • Masks:  We have provided each of our team members with 2 custom-made double-layer face masks with insert for filters, as well as 2 additional fabric masks.  We also have face masks available for public purchase.  We are requiring team members to wear them in public-serving areas of the stores, as mandated by the Governor. 
    • The CDC reccomends that everyone wears a face-covering while out in public.
  • Contact-Free Options:  We have created & shared on social media videos to encourage customers to:
    • Scan their own items
    • Pay with Mobile Pay (completely contact-less)
    • Pay with credit cards instead of cash for reduced contact
    • Bag their own items if they’d like to be extra diligent
  • Telework Rotations:  Our support staff is rotating between home & the office to reduce the number of us in the office at one time and out & about. 
  • Dining Rooms:  Our dining rooms are open with limited seating, as mandated by the government. We encourage everyone to maintain safe social distancing. We have picked up self-serve condiments and can provide individual-use condiments upon request.
